I'm going to be honest: every time I go to open one of those tubes of biscuits from the store, I get a little scared. Maybe more than a little. It's like a jack-in-the-box filled with dough that I'm forced to fight anytime I want some gravy-smothered goodness.

But breakfast (or any meal) should never be scary. This recipe for fresh biscuits requires only two ingredients — and neither of them are fear.
