Bacon And Caramel Apples Will Make Your Life So Amazing This Fall

In the culinary world, there's one rule that never fails: bacon makes everything better. Everything. Sorry vegetarians, but there's no amount of tofu that could make up for the real thing.

The genius chefs over at Oh, Bite It! are clearly familiar with this golden-brown, crispy rule and decided to give their favorite sweet fall treat a salty upgrade. Behold, caramel bacon candy apples! You might want to grab a napkin now for all the drool that will occur when you see the result.

You'll need about six medium-sized apples, one pound of bacon, a bag of caramels, and candy apple sticks.

Melt your caramel according to the bag's instructions.

Once it's fully melted, give your apples a dip!

Place them on wax paper and allow them to just slightly cool down.

And wrap your cooked bacon around the sticky caramel -- it will be a tad messy.

But totally worth it for the delicious result! Serve these at your next get-together, though we should warn you...your guests might never leave.
