Sushi is a staple of Japanese cuisine. Its origins date back several centuries and yet people are still perfecting the taste, construction, and overall style of this delicious dish. Once you find your favorite sushi recipe, it's hard to stray from it, but we're about to give you a reason to do just that.

It's time to add a little Western flare to the traditionally Eastern food -- and what could be more Western...nay, more American than bacon?


I don't know about you, but I need that bacon sushi in my life. It looks so mouthwateringly amazing. I don't know if my taste buds could handle it, they might explode...but it's a risk I'm willing to take.
