Mornings are not my favorite time of day. More often than not, I am never truly awake enough to even remember my deodorant, let alone whip up a decent breakfast. But instead of making a Starbucks stop, I think I'll start stocking up on these super-easy and yummy-looking breakfast bites.

You can make a whole muffin pan's worth and save them in the fridge or freezer to zap in the microwave throughout the week! And you can get totally creative with your choice of extra ingredients.

Actually, I don't think I'll be able to save these just for breakfast. I might need to buy a few more muffin pans.
