Putting Pasta Into A Muffin Tin Seems Strange, But It's Actually Pure Genius

She's studied English, music, film, and other creative fields. In her spare time she's reading or writing creative nonfiction, arranging songs, or writing jokes just in case she some day decides to try stand up comedy.

What are two of the greatest things in the world? Don't bother guessing, because I'll tell you: pasta and cupcakes. The sad part is that they don't really go together. Don't you ever wish you could eat pasta and a cupcake at the same time? I can't be alone in that fantasy.

Luckily, one genius decided to put them together in the most epic culinary creation of all time.

It's the lasagna cupcake!

You can find this in the dictionary under "perfection."

These are great for serving at parties, or for those of us who like to eat dinner while binging on Netflix. The best part is that you can make a big batch, freeze some, and then defrost a few when you need a snack! Go put that muffin tin to use and give this recipe a personal twist! You could even replace the beef with sautéed spinach and garlic for a vegetarian option.

This is way easier than making muffins from scratch, anyway.
