Mini Lasagna Cups Are Everything That Is Good About This World

Yuumm. Lasagna.

Even if you don't love the meaty version, you can't deny the cheesy, noodle-y, saucy power of the dish.

But there's just one problem...it's a pain to make. What's there to do? Well, you make it mini! These bite-sized lasagna poppers are perfect for appetizers, snacks, or even the main dish.

You start out with muffin tins lined with wonton wrappers.

In goes ricotta...

And a meaty marinara mixture.

Top it off with some cheese...Chungah, the chef behind the recipe, recommends mozzarella.

Repeat the above steps once more with another layer and pop the pan in the oven.
