She Takes A Penny And A Rubber Band And Makes Cycling With A Skirt So Much Easier

Jessica is a writer who lives in Queens, NY. She spends most of her time listening to One Direction, watching TV, and hanging out with her one-eyed cat, Rigby.

There are several reasons I tend to look awkward on a bicycle. Namely, I'm not very good at it and have the scars to prove it. But for the less clumsy ladies out there who prefer to get their exercise while they get around town but still stay fashionable, wearing a skirt can quickly turn into an unfortunate flashing incident. Eek.

But good news! You won't have to sacrifice your inner style any longer with this simple hack affectionately titled "Penny in Yo' Pants." Because that's pretty much exactly what you're doing. Put on your favorite skirt, grab a penny and a rubber band, and watch the video to see how easy it is.

See ya later, skorts. You're going back into the drawer until '90s night rolls around at the bar again.
