Pizza Or Cupcakes? Well, Why Not Both With This Simple, Clever Recipe

OCTOBER 4, 2015

True facts: Pizza is awesome. Cupcakes are also awesome. Pretty much any bite-sized, cute food is awesome. So naturally, the perfect idea would be to turn pizza into cute, bite-sized cupcakes. And yes, there's a recipe for that. Don't worry -- no one's putting frosting on pizza. These little guys are all savory.

The recipe is super simple, and calls for a frozen pizza (defrosted), cut into cupcake-sized circles.

This would also be great with leftover pizza!

Place the circles in a lined muffin tin. (They'll form small bowl shapes.)

Top them with cheese, vegetables, pepperoni -- whatever you want!

These pizza cupcakes (cuppizzas?) are great because you can use any combination of toppings, making them perfect for parties where people might have different tastes. Or, you know, you can just eat them all yourself.
